About “Surrendered” :

“Surrendered” is book three in the T.R.U.S.T. series (T.otal R.eliance U.pon S.ustained T.ruth). The goal of this series is to study through the entirety of the Scriptures, both the Old and New Testaments simultaneously and chronologically. This resource aims to encourage perseverance and increased endurance in the pursuit of The Heart, ever in pursuit of ours. I pray you are enraptured, just enthralled by the unfailing love of Jesus for you! May His love increasingly produce a lifelong passionate fire down so deep in your bones that you cannot contain the sure hope you have in Him!

How will our lives reflect Living Hope, Jesus, who surrendered all, for us to be upheld and sustained through all? By surrendering our (quite often) stubborn will at the foot of the cross. It is there in that space we find sufficient strength to soar, set free in God’s very best way for our lives! We find it in Rebekah’s, “I will go” (Genesis 24); in Leah’s, “This time I will praise the Lord.” (Genesis 29); in Jesus’, “the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give his life as a ransom for many.” (Matthew 20)… 

I hope you will join me through “Surrendered”; 12 weeks of studying through to the end of Genesis alongside a deeper dive into the book of Matthew. By God’s amazing grace may we each emerge less exhausted with all our striving and be found rested and renewed in the sufficiency of His strength and the Truth of His redeeming love; finding the kind of peace, joy and sure hope only received through the letting go of our own stubborn will – fully surrendered.

Poured Out

“Poured Out” by Janette Kieffer is the second book in the T.R.U.S.T. series (T.otal R.eliance U.pon S.ustained T.ruth). The goal of this series is to study through the entirety of the Old and New Testaments simultaneously and in a chronological order. The structure of this series aims to encourage rather than overwhelm anyone in any stage of life. This resource is set up to increase endurance and sustain perseverance in the study of Scripture through a healthy serving of both grace and Truth.

“Poured Out” serves as a guide through 12 weeks of study in the Old Testament book of Job and the New Testament book of Matthew. Illustrated through the life of Job we will witness radical faith on display in the face of severe suffering through a supernatural sustaining strength that uniquely comes when we are at our weakest; if we are willing to receive it. Job’s life points us to the sure and blessed Hope we have in Jesus. As we embark on another wild ride through the waters of His Word seeking first the Kingdom of Heaven, by God’s grace, may we receive a fresh encounter of the life changing faithfulness of our Messiah, Jesus, the Son of the Living God. 

At the culmination of 12 weeks I pray that each of us will have a higher perspective of our circumstances and a renewed strength that will sustain our faith and embolden our trust in Jesus through the filling of the Holy Spirit that will exceed our wildest expectations. All this in order that we, like Job, would live as a magnification of sure Hope in our Savior’s faithfulness to be the Source of all our needs and Whom will never run dry. For it is only in living poured out, that we can be truly filled.

Live In Triumph

“Live In Triumph” is the first book in the T.R.U.S.T. series (Total Reliance Upon Sustained Truth). This series will study through the entire Old and New Testaments of the Bible simultaneously in a chronological order. 

In this first book of the series you are invited to embark on the wild adventure of a seven week in-depth study of the beginnings of Genesis and Matthew! We will come to encounter Elohim, our Creator God; El Roi, the God who sees us; El Olam, our Eternal God; Jehovah-Jireh, our God who provides; and Immanuel, our God who is always with us! 

The structure of this study aims to encourage rather than overwhelm anyone, at any stage of life. This resource is organized and set to increase your endurance and sustained perseverance in the study of the Scriptures through a healthy serving of both grace and Truth. 

The goal is to grow in knowledge of the Father; love for the Son; and to hear from the Holy Spirit in such a way that you are made more aware of the hope to which He has called you to in Christ (Eph. 1:18)! By God’s grace at the end of seven weeks may you be more equipped to walk forward in life, living in His triumph and Truth; loving God with all your heart, mind, soul, strength and your neighbor as yourself.

Fit To Flourish

We are divinely designed to be fully fit to flourish no matter the situation or circumstance. Running our race well, requires that both our pace and direction in life are synced to Jesus’. Let’s commit to spiritually training together, spurring one another on over the next 31 days to spend time in prayer and reading the Bible. I pray you enjoy this devotional journal as it guides you through studying the book of Psalms; arriving at the finish to find you truly are… fit to flourish dear one!

S.O.L.E. – Serve Others in Love Everywhere

Reigning in the Rain

Walk in the Light of His faithful promises through this one-year devotional. Through this fourth and final book in the L.I.G.H.T. series we will walk through the last days of Jesus’ life on earth. We will dance through the harmony of the four gospels in order to gain clearer spiritual vision in all that we cannot yet physically see. Though finding all the answers can fill our mind with knowledge, our hearts can still be left void of significance, love, hope, healing… the things our souls truly long for. Within this 10 week in-depth Bible study we will be seeking an authentic encounter with our Savior, Jesus Christ. We will go back to what we know (our stones of remembrance, so to speak) to find our faith in all that we do not. Our Savior lives and reigns victorious! So come fill up your heart with all the fullness of Him. It is in trusting in His faithfulness that we become a vessel of His victory. In Him our end is just the beginning!
